Also, Matt Hughes to win over Matt Serra. I like both but Hughes will handle him.

I’m going to make this a regular thing. If you know me well, then you know i’m a keen observer of the female specimen. In this little segment i’m going to call “God Dayum!” i’m gonna post flix of some god damn fine females for your viewing pleasure.

Shogun is back!

Here’s one for the MMA fans.. Mauricio ‘Shogun’ Rua in fine form the other night @ UFC 97 finishing off Chuck Liddell in Chuck’s last ever fight. Sad to see Chuck go, but awesome to see the old Shogun back after looking terrible in his first 2 fights in UFC. I want the monster we saw rip through the competition in PRIDE FC.

Check that head movement! And rib-break-worthy kick.. I can’t stop watching that head movement.. Beautiful haha.
